More than a million companies worldwide are certified according to the quality management standard DIN ISO 9001: 2015. This makes this internationally recognized standard the most widespread standard. It defines requirements for quality assurance in a company.

Ortholutions also received the quality management certification again in 2020 – after a current audit by TÜV SÜD Service Management. In this way, we provide proof of the company’s performance for ourselves and our customers.

Work processes are made binding and can be seen by everyone. At the same time, there are guidelines for the manufacture of the products that are logged to check their quality. In this way, we continuously improve workflows and business processes and the quality of results through regular documentation. By avoiding errors instead of correcting errors, we are demonstrably helping to reduce costs. At the same time, we improve our awareness of company-specific knowledge and thus reduce any information gaps.

The key thing for us is that we ensure and maintain a consistently high quality. This ensures a systematic increase in customer satisfaction and a high level of trust and loyalty among all business partners as well as patients and their relatives.

The focus is on the systematic approach in the organization of the company. The Path To Certification

Overall, the Audit Manager spent several days at Ortholutions. All work steps were observed and evaluated. The entire company in its areas of competence, from manufacturing to quality management and administration to management, is equally important and therefore included. All individual steps from daily operations to documentation are equally important for achieving and renewing the certification.

Thanks to the regular feedback from customers and patients, we learn how high-quality the products are, how well individual operating areas work and how great the trust in Ortholutions is. This is officially confirmed in the course of the certification. We are pleased and grateful for that!
